Light the tip of your entire sage bundle to flame then blow out being sure to maintain the ember from the tip to burn. Slowly and carefully wave the stick around the room with doors and windows closed. Smudge using the following affirmation:

You can put the stick out by blotting it into a non flammable container. Not included.
